Friday, June 26, 2026 {HMC} Somali international referee Omar Abdulqadir Artan has arrived in Kuwait, following an official invitation from the President of the Kuwait Football Federation, Sheikh Ahmed Al-Yusuf.
Referee Omar has been selected to referee the match between Kuwait SC and Al-Qadsiya, which will be played on June 29, 2026, in the final matches of the Zain Premier League.
Upon his arrival in Kuwait, he was officially welcomed by the Somali Ambassador to Kuwait, Abdullahi Mohamed Sheikh, officials from the Kuwait Football Federation and representatives from Al Shayic.
