Saturday 4 July 2026 {HMC} The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Somalia strongly condemns the terrorist bombing that targeted a restaurant in the city of Damascus, Syrian Arab Republic, which caused the death of innocent civilians and the injury of many others.
The Federal Republic of Somalia expresses its deepest condolences to the Government and people of the Syrian Arab Republic, especially the families and relatives of those who died in the attack, and wishes all those injured a speedy recovery.
The Federal Republic of Somalia stands fully with the Syrian Arab Republic during this difficult time, and reaffirms its support for the security, stability and safety of the Syrian people.
